Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Mous products in their original retail packaging and include all original accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
